Behavioural Support Assistant - High-Performing Academy. Location: Welling. Contract Type: Fixed Term / Temporary. Hours: Full-Time, Term-Time Only. The Opportunity: Do you have the resilience and empathy to support students who find school challenging? We are seeking a Behavioural Support Assistant to work within our dedicated Inclusion Hub. You will provide mentoring and structured support to students, helping them manage their emotions and return to the classroom ready to learn.
