The Research Community of Practice (CoP) supports Accenture and its clients to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity. We take account of the human factors that our clients must address in order to realize their business ambitions. We do this through using evidence in thoughtful and pragmatic ways, and working alongside business strategists, technologists, and designers. We are an agile and people-centred team with a commitment to research excellence, critical thinking, and empowerment. The successful candidate will contribute to our primary and secondary research efforts in behaviour change to help clients and colleagues in their daily work. Our behaviour change work centres on how we may use deep understanding of humans to help meet a range of business needs, from AI adoption through to introducing new workflows into organisations, as well as a host of other innovation challenges linked to changing business models for clients.
Requirements:
Use robust behavioural science frameworks to structure behaviour change efforts
Source secondary research materials as guided by researchers on the team
Liaise with colleagues within and across projects, to make sure that research inputs contribute meaningfully to project outputs
Direct and guide less experienced colleagues in behaviour change tasks
Understand and use logical return on investment thinking in behaviour change programmes
Conduct a range of project management tasks to ensure that work is done in a timely and smooth manner
Contribute to primary research efforts (including logistics, note-taking, and write-up)
Convert findings from secondary research efforts to usable inputs for presentations and documents
Apply core business strategy knowledge to business research problems
Synthesize primary research outputs into usable inputs for presentations and documents
Maintain an appropriate level of administration to ensure research tasks are done efficiently and effectively
