Job Description

Behaviour Support Assistant – Secondary SEMH Setting – Andover – September A specialist SEMH provision in the Andover area is looking to secure a Behaviour Support Assistant for September. The setting supports pupils who require additional support with behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in education. Many students have experienced disrupted schooling and benefit from consistent, relationship-led support. This is a hands-on role suited to someone calm, resilient and confident in managing behaviour. In this role, you will: Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis Assist with behaviour management using a consistent approach Help pupils re-engage with learning Work alongside teaching and pastoral teams The school offers strong support structures and clear behaviour systems, allowing staff to feel confident in their role. Role details: Full-time position September start £93 per day Long-term role
