This role sits at the heart of the school’s day‑to‑day running. Alongside this responsive work, you’ll also deliver planned intervention sessions that support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development. No two days will look the same: you’ll move between supporting in class, stepping in when pupils need you, and working closely with staff to maintain a calm, positive environment.
