Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 5–16 with autism, SEMH and associated complex needs. You will work on a 1:1 and small-group basis, implementing behaviour support plans, promoting emotional regulation and helping pupils re-engage with learning. The role involves using restorative approaches, consistent routines and positive reinforcement strategies to maintain a safe, structured and supportive environment where pupils can make meaningful progress.
Job Responsibility:
Support pupils aged 5–16 with autism, SEMH and associated complex needs

Requirements:
Previous experience supporting pupils with SEMH or challenging behaviour required
Experience working within an SEN or alternative provision desirable
Must be confident with de-escalation and positive behaviour strategies
Required full time ASAP
Able to commute to Tower Hamlets
