Job Description:

Behaviour Mentor (SEMH) role in a specialist SEMH school for young people aged 10-18 who require specialist SEMH support within a small school setting. Students have often struggled to cope in mainstream settings and have self-esteem and confidence issues.

Job Responsibility:

Support students with SEMH needs
Create welcoming environment
Encourage community mindedness
Resolve conflict
Maintain high expectations about student behavior

Requirements:

Aspiring Psychologists
Aspiring Mental Health Practitioners
Aspiring Children Well-Being Practitioners
Aspiring Social Workers
Experienced Behaviour Mentors
Confident, firm but fair and supportive staff
Ability to support students with self-esteem and confidence issues
