Requirements

Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor, ideally within challenging behaviour contexts
Background working with students with SEND, particularly in an Academy setting
Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, patient, and adaptable approach

Job Responsibility

Work closely with students who require additional behavioural support
Focus on creating a safe and encouraging environment that promotes positive behaviour and engagement
Deliver tailored behavioural strategies
Foster trust and rapport
Assist students in overcoming barriers to learning
