Job Description:

A secondary school in the LE2 area is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with emotional and behavioural challenges.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide 1:1 and small‑group mentoring
  • Support behaviour regulation
  • Implement intervention plans
  • Liaise with pastoral staff

Requirements:

  • Behaviour/SEMH experience
  • Strong de‑escalation skills
