Job Description:

We’re looking for dedicated Behaviour Mentors to work across schools in Northampton and Corby. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children who need a little extra help to thrive in the classroom and beyond.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support pupils who may need additional emotional, behavioural, or social guidance
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with students
  • Work alongside teachers to create a supportive learning environment
  • Help children develop confidence, resilience, and classroom engagement

Requirements:

  • Patient, resilient, and caring
  • Have a genuine passion for working with children
  • Can stay calm and confident in challenging situations
  • Experience in education or support roles
