Job Description

At Shireland CBSO Academy, we are seeking an ambitious, resilient and highly effective Behaviour Manager to lead our pastoral provision and drive a culture of high expectations, inclusion and positive relationships across the academy. This is a key leadership role within our pastoral structure. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational leadership of behaviour systems, ensuring consistency, clarity and impact across all year groups.
