Behaviour Manager – Hailsham. Hailsham. £92.63 to £110 per day. Behaviour Mentor – Full-Time. Location: Hailsham, East Sussex. Pay: £92.63 – £110.00 per day (depending on experience). Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentors to join schools across Hailsham in full-time positions. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who require additional behavioural and emotional support, helping them to develop positive relationships, improve engagement, and succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs
  • Build positive relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and resilience
  • Support students in managing their behaviour and emotions using positive behaviour strategies
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to implement individual support plans
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

Requirements

  • Experience working with children or young people in a school, youth work, care, coaching, or mentoring setting is desirable
  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
