Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Behaviour LSA to join a specialist SEMH school in Horsham. This role focuses on supporting students with emotional, social, or behavioural difficulties to access the curriculum and manage their conduct. You will work 1:1 or in small groups, implement individualised behaviour plans, use positive handling techniques, and assist teachers in maintaining a safe, structured, and productive classroom environment.
