Job Responsibility

Analyst responsible for implementing and optimizing systems and processes across billing, revenue recognition, and the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle
Partner with Revenue stakeholders to understand evolving system requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications, technical designs, and test plans
Provide systems support and ensure the successful execution and closure of the monthly usage-based billing cycle
Collaborate with Billing and Revenue Management teams to document, re-engineer, and improve existing NetSuite processes, identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiency
Leverage emerging AI-driven tools and data analytics techniques to improve billing accuracy, automate repetitive finance workflows, and enhance operational insights across revenue systems
Provide end-user support for NetSuite and related finance applications, and conduct periodic training sessions on system capabilities and best practices
Architect and manage NetSuite workflows and product configurations supporting billing and revenue recognition processes
Develop saved searches, financial reports, and operational dashboards to support finance and revenue operations teams
