Job Description

Behavioral Therapist (LMHP) - Partial Hospitalization Program. $15,000 Eligible Sign On Bonus! Are you a passionate and skilled therapist ready to make a significant impact? St. Alexius is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) team. In this vital role, you'll provide quality psychotherapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, to a diverse range of patients. You'll diagnose and treat mental health disorders, collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, and contribute to a supportive, recovery-focused environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate engaging therapy sessions using various modalities
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless care
  • Champion evidence-based practices and professional growth

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
  • Current LMHP licensure in North Dakota (PLMHP/PLSCW or LMSW/LAPC)
  • Strong knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders, DSM criteria, and treatment planning
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • A commitment to ethical practice and patient-centered care
  • Bonus: 2+ years of experience in mental health/addiction recovery
