Job Description:

Oak Street Health's Behavioral Health Specialist Fellowship is a 12-month paid training program that emphasizes short-term solution-focused therapy within a collaborative care model. The program includes clinical supervision, building knowledge of evidence-based practices, and opportunities to improve health outcomes for older adults.

Job Responsibility:

  • Building knowledge of evidence-based interventions and psychotropic medications
  • Earning clinical supervision hours from a licensed clinical social worker
  • Engaging in didactic content focusing on graduate training

Requirements:

  • Genuine passion for behavioral health
  • A supportive attitude toward our patient population of older adults
  • Embracing teamwork and collaboration
  • Willing to work in the assigned location for the program duration
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 in MSW program
  • Active, non-probationary state lower level social work license by fellowship start date
