Utilizes resources to meet patient care needs by collaborating with appropriate guardians and community agencies
Assesses patients' problems, needs, and level of functioning

Requirements:
Master's degree in a relevant human services field such as Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited school of graduate education required
Previous experience working in an inpatient or hospital setting preferred
Dependent on program must be license-eligible and actively seeking appropriate licensure to practice counseling in the state of which one performs work
Clinical experience preferred
CPI and BLS HCP certification from AHA required within 90 days of hire if working in an inpatient psychiatric setting, Psychiatric Emergency Department or the Child and Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program
Must have good therapeutic communication skills
