Job Description

SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Ontario, OH. Join a company that values people over profit. SparkJoy ABA is changing lives—one session at a time.

Job Responsibility

Work 1:1 with children in both in-home and clinic-based settings, implementing individualized ABA treatment plans
Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
Support families through parent training and consistent communication

Requirements

1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
Experience in Early intervention (ages 2–6) is required
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
A passion for helping children grow and succeed
Reliable transportation to client homes in Ontario
Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course before starting
Pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire
Active CPR certification is preferred
