Job Responsibility:

Provides direct 1:1 services to children with autism and related disorders in the home or clinic setting under the supervision and guidance of the case specialist, supervisor, and clinical team
Attends scheduled team meetings, related observations, and implements behavior interventions and programs
Teaching communication, self-care, social skills, etc.
Implements behavior intervention strategies as decided upon in team meetings and/or as directed by case specialist or supervisor
Performs other duties as assigned reasonably within the scope of a Behavior Therapist

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 years’ experience working with children
Must legally be authorized to work in the United States
Possesses a California driver’s license and have proof of automobile insurance
Must provide verification of negative TB test and a criminal background check

Nice to have:

BA degree in psychology, sociology, or other related field is a plus
RBT certification is a plus
