Randstad Education is seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join specialist teams across East Grinstead. This is a long-term opportunity to support pupils with complex needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, and SEMH.

Job Responsibility:

  • Bespoke 1:1 Mentorship: Provide the consistent adult presence pupils need to feel safe and successful
  • EHCP Implementation: Deliver tailored support based on legally-mandated Education, Health and Care Plans
  • Co-Regulation: Use positive behaviour strategies to help students navigate emotional challenges
  • Holistic Support: Work alongside SENCOs and therapists to build a 360-degree support network for every child

Requirements:

  • Experience: A solid background in SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or MLD) is essential
  • Resilience: A calm, patient nature-even under pressure
  • Stability: Candidates looking for a consistent, long-term school family to join
  • Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent high-level experience)
