Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related clinical field
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Upon hire: Washington Behavioral Analyst License
  • 2 years' experience in Preschool setting with ages 3-6 years old
  • Experience in Preschool and/or early intervention setting

Nice to have

  • Consultation and supervision experience
  • Participation in interdisciplinary settings
  • Experience in natural environment teaching/play-based therapy
  • Experience with providing parent support, coaching, and education

  • Apply evidence‑based ABA strategies (e.g., reinforcement, prompting, modeling, redirection) to reduce behaviors that interfere with learning and social participation
  • Assist students during transitions and daily routines, including arrival/dismissal, hallway movement, lunch, recess, and specials, while promoting independence and safety
  • Assist students with activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in IEPs or support plans, including toileting, handwashing, feeding, dressing, and personal hygiene, while promoting independence and dignity
  • Support skill development related to independence and self‑care, using prompting and fading strategies to increase student autonomy in ADLs and functional routines
