About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Bedding Retail Partnerships & Sales Director to lead CGK Linens’ expansion into physical retail. You’ll be responsible for building our retail strategy, securing partnerships with national retailers, specialty bedding chains, and hospitality buyers, and driving deals from pitch to shelf. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role ideal for someone who thrives on creating new opportunities and wants to shape the retail future of a fast-growing, consumer-loved brand. This is a Full-Time remote role.
Job Responsibility:
Developing and executing CGK Linens’ brick-and-mortar retail strategy
Identifying, pitching, and closing retail partnerships with national and regional chains, specialty bedding stores, and hospitality buyers
Leveraging existing industry relationships to expand distribution and accelerate growth
Leading all negotiations related to pricing, margins, volume commitments, and product placement
Collaborating with operations, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure smooth retail launches
Representing CGK Linens at trade shows, buyer meetings, and industry events
Analyzing retail performance data and optimizing assortment, sell-through, and expansion opportunities
Requirements:
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
5+ years of retail or wholesale sales experience in bedding, textiles, home goods, or sleep-related products
Proven track record of closing large retail deals
Existing relationships with retail buyers or category managers (strong plus)
Deep understanding of retail pricing and margins
Familiarity with planograms, in-store placement, and merchandising strategies
Experience analyzing sell-through metrics and managing replenishment cycles
Strong negotiation skills and executive presence
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
Willingness to travel as needed for buyer meetings, trade shows, and key events
