We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work to support the delivery of in-store change programmes. With excellent training opportunities, you can progress into Team Leader roles as you develop your skills. Training days are planned for May, with project work starting in June. With a busy summer ahead, there are plenty of opportunities available. This is project-based work with no guaranteed weekly hours. However, we anticipate a busy and consistent schedule throughout 2026.
Job Responsibility
Merchandising and replenishing stock using planograms within set timescales
Profiling shelving, installing equipment, and implementing displays to a high standard
Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and general housekeeping duties
Manual handling and lifting (up to 25kg male, 16kg female)
Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Installing POS (Point of Sale) materials
Cosmetic merchandising
Basic IT tasks such as downloading and printing planograms
Requirements
Full UK manual driving licence (preferred)
Previous retail or merchandising experience, particularly within a beauty environment (preferred)
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work weekends
Availability for day and night shifts (primarily night work)
Ability to travel and stay away from home
Manual handling and lifting up to 25kg (male) or 16kg (female)
Basic IT tasks such as downloading and printing planograms (preferred)
Nice to have
Full UK manual driving licence
