Job Description

Beauty & Wellness Merchandiser position with Momentum Instore, field-based and regionalised. Working as part of a merchandising team onsite. Training days planned for May, with project work starting in June. Night shifts, 10-hour shifts with breaks. Pay from £13.01 per hour (Merchandisers) up to £13.88 per hour as a Team Leader. This is project-based work with no guaranteed weekly hours but anticipated busy schedule throughout 2026.

Job Responsibility

  • Merchandising and replenishing stock using planograms within set timescales
  • profiling shelving, installing equipment, and implementing displays to a high standard
  • maintaining cleanliness of equipment and general housekeeping duties
  • manual handling and lifting (up to 25kg male 16kg female)
  • working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • installing POS (Point of Sale) materials
  • cosmetic merchandising

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence preferred
  • previous retail or merchandising experience particularly within a beauty environment preferred
  • strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • ability to work 10-hour night shifts
  • weekend availability essential
  • manual handling and lifting up to 25kg (male) or 16kg (female)
  • basic IT tasks preferred
