Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work to support the delivery of in-store change programmes. With excellent training opportunities, you can progress into Team Leader roles as you develop your skills. This is project-based work with no guaranteed weekly hours. However, we anticipate a busy and consistent schedule throughout 2026.

Job Responsibility

  • Merchandising and replenishing stock using planograms within set timescales
  • profiling shelving, installing equipment, implementing displays
  • maintaining cleanliness and general housekeeping
  • manual handling and lifting (up to 25kg male/16kg female)
  • working efficiently in fast-paced environment
  • installing POS materials
  • cosmetic merchandising
  • basic IT tasks (preferred)

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • willingness to travel and stay away from home
  • ability to work 10-hour night shifts
  • weekend availability
  • physical ability to lift up to 25kg (male) / 16kg (female)
  • basic IT tasks (preferred)
  • previous retail or merchandising experience, particularly in beauty environment (preferred)
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic
