Job Responsibility

  • Business unit supply chain representative in Global-led innovation projects
  • Lead and provide input for supply chain workstream in innovation projects, including sourcing unit decision, capacity & capability check, technical risks assessment, raw & pack material preordering approvals, material business waste risk, and supply chain cost input for the project business case to ensure gross margin target are met
  • Responsible in ensuring Global-led innovation projects network tasks are on track to enable launch timing at market on-time in full
  • Plan and execute the projects within cost, scope, time and performance parameters
  • Leads the overall innovation network management for Global-led projects if there is no PMO assigned
  • Ensure robust supply chain handshake with business units execution team on innovation projects at the appropriate gates
  • Leads the medium (RCDSR) to long-term (LTCP) capacity planning for Zara inhouse factory and B&W Indonesia collaborative manufacturers
  • This includes demand consolidation, asset capacity calculation, and driving the agenda for future fit capacity & capability
  • Provide guidance on future network constraints and prescribe options to maximize capacity utilization
  • Provide long-term planning for design network studies with partners from global supply chain
  • Generate F4G savings initiatives from supply chain network optimization
  • Prepare resiliency plan for B&W Indonesia product portfolios

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or any engineering field is preferred
  • Experienced in various supply chain operations, planning and production is preferred
  • Have business mindset, organizational, strategic and cultural awareness
  • Able to analyze complex data sets related to demand, volume, capacity, and cost, and identify insights from trends, movements, and specific segments
  • High level of communication skills and teamwork
  • Analytical and sharp with numbers and data
  • Fluent in business English and ability to engage and influence others
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a good eye for detail
  • Stakeholder management, able to build relationships with people across functions, cultures, geographies, and companies
  • Strong on execution, energetic and be pro-active
  • Competence in Microsoft tools, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and others
  • Able to work independently and virtually effectively
