Beauty Therapy Lecturer

• Teach, train and assess learners in Beauty Therapy and Theatrical Media Hair & Make-Up
• Deliver practical, hands-on sessions in salons, studios and classrooms
• Support and mentor students to help them build confidence and professional skills
• Lead on courses or study programmes, helping shape what and how students learn
• Design, deliver and evaluate engaging learning experiences that reflect real industry practice

• Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy and / or Theatrical Media Hair and Make-Up
• Highly organised and creative educator
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, innovative lessons
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Positive and empathetic approach
• Confidence to manage a classroom effectively
• Ability to track student progress and plan targeted support
• Ability to teach across Level 1 to Level 3 programmes
• Ability to motivate learners
