Job Description:

As a Beauty Sales Coordinator at CVS Health, you will help drive sales growth and enhance customer experiences in the beauty and personal care sector. You will train and coach Beauty Sales Consultants, plan and execute events, and ensure consistent execution of CVS Beauty initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Act as the primary advocate for driving the Beauty & Personal Care business
lead the elevation of service by empowering Beauty Sales Consultants
work with Store Management and Senior Advisors of Beauty to set coaching priorities
create and monitor individual sales plans to achieve monthly goals
ensure consistent store visit cadence and work directly with store teams
own the execution of brand/product education for Beauty Sales Consultants
ensure completion of all required training courses
cultivate an environment of continuous learning
support store leadership in recruiting and hiring Beauty Sales Consultants
analyze business performance and inspire teamwork
execute in-store events and coordinate corporate beauty events.

Requirements:

1-2 years in a leadership/supervisory position in a service-driven environment
1-2 years of Beauty & Personal Care selling experience
strong passion for beauty
ability to educate, coach, and develop a team
ability to read, write, and interpret general business information
ability to effectively communicate with and present information to customers, vendors, buyers, peers, and all levels of management
in specific CVS districts, bilingual beauty teams who can speak English and Spanish required
basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
able to use a calculator and calculate percentages and ratios
ability to utilize Microsoft Excel
work independently with minimal supervision
anticipate and solve problems
ability to stand and/or move throughout the store for the majority of work time
ability to lift at least 30 lbs
excellent negotiation skills
strong organizational skills
ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have:

Cosmetics experience
license in cosmetology or esthetics
current knowledge of products and brands.
