Job Description:

As a Beauty Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving sales, supporting staff development, and coordinating execution support for CVS Beauty initiatives. You will strive to elevate the customer shopping experience and ensure all beauty-related store events and promotions achieve sales growth and enhanced customer engagement.

Job Responsibility:

Acts as the primary advocate for driving the entire Beauty & Personal Care business in assigned stores
leads the elevation of service by empowering all Beauty Sales Consultants to become beauty experts
sets coaching priorities for Beauty Sales Consultants to maximize sales
creates and monitors individual sales plans for Beauty Sales Consultants
owns the execution of brand/product education for all Beauty Sales Consultants
supports Store Leadership in recruiting and hiring Beauty Sales Consultants
reviews and analyzes business performance and sales results
coordinates and executes all corporate beauty events.

Requirements:

1-2 years in a leadership/supervisory position in a service-driven environment
1-2 years of Beauty & Personal Care selling experience
strong passion for beauty
ability to educate, coach, and develop a team
ability to read, write, and interpret general business information
ability to effectively communicate with and present information to customers, vendors, buyers, peers, and all levels of management
basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
work independently, with minimal supervision
must anticipate and solve problems
physical ability to move, stand for long periods, stoop, kneel, and lift at least 30 lbs.

Nice to have:

cosmetics experience preferred
license in cosmetology or esthetics preferred
ability to train, coach, and develop a team of highly successful associates
enthusiastic, friendly, positive energy
strong leadership profile and excellent negotiation skills
current knowledge of products and brands.
