Job Description:

Join CVS Health as a Beauty Sales Consultant in the growing and dynamic retail beauty division. Provide exceptional customer service and sales expertise while being exposed to the latest beauty trends and products. Build personalized relationships with customers, maintain the beauty zone, and participate in training to grow product knowledge and sales skills.

Job Responsibility:

Seek out customers to ensure a fantastic beauty advisor experience through personalized sales service based on customer needs, upselling and suggestive selling
engage in conversation with each customer as they enter the beauty zone
provide specialized sales advice
be a brand expert by answering customer questions with product knowledge
explain product usage and benefits
build relationships through CVS beauty monthly sampling program
discuss CVS Beauty Club programs and invite customers to special in-store events
create and maintain product displays and end caps
maintain a clean and compliant beauty zone
execute CVS policies for sanitation, hazardous waste disposal, and tool cleaning
complete onboarding and ongoing training programs
execute the sales plan and meet budget goals
participate in sales training meetings and calls
compete against prior sales goals
maintain professional appearance
stay informed on new beauty trends
enhance product knowledge and client service skills

Requirements:

Sales oriented
ability to use sales data with product/brand knowledge to meet sales and beauty service goals
strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
goal-driven, with an ability to multi-task
ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and quickly learn new procedures
available to work a flexible retail schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, extended hours, and 'Peak' Hours
ability to perform the tasks listed throughout the job description
must demonstrate the ability and willingness to perform ear-piercing services in all stores (training and certification to be provided)
in specific CVS stores, bilingual candidates who speak English and Spanish
must be at least 18 years old

Nice to have:

Prior beauty sales experience
current knowledge of beauty products and brands
