Job Description:

Beauty Sales Consultant position at CVS Health focused on providing excellent customer service and beauty consulting. The role involves personalized sales service, product knowledge, building customer relationships, maintaining product displays, and participating in sales programs and events.

Job Responsibility:

Provide personalized sales service based on customer needs
Engage customers in conversation about beauty products
Use verbal skills to generate sales and build lasting relationships
Explain product usage and benefits
Participate in company sales programs and events
Create and maintain product displays
Maintain clean and well-stocked beauty zone
Ensure compliance with hygiene standards

Requirements:

Sales oriented
Ability to use sales data with product/brand knowledge to meet sales and beauty service goals
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Goal-driven, with an ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Available to work a flexible retail schedule
Must demonstrate the ability and willingness to perform ear-piercing services
Must be at least 18 years old

Nice to have:

Prior Beauty Sales Experience
Current knowledge of beauty products and brands
Strong passion for beauty
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Bilingual (English and Spanish) in specific CVS stores
