Beauty Sales Consultant, Licensed

• Seek out customers to ensure they have a world-class beauty advisor experience
• Provide personalized sales service, upselling, and suggestive selling
• Use verbal skills to generate sales
• Answer customer questions with product knowledge
• Engage customers with CVS services and in-store events
• Represent CVS and partner brands when interacting with customers
• Provide ear-piercing services and other applicable beauty services
• Educate customers by demonstrating product usage
• Manage time between consultations and walk-ins
• Create and maintain product displays
• Participate in CVS sales programs and events
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation compliance
• Complete ongoing training
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Stay updated on latest beauty trends and techniques.

• Must possess a current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician License in the state in which you will be working
• Must maintain an active Cosmetology/Esthetician license at all times
• Must demonstrate the ability and willingness to perform ear-piercing services
• Must pass all required skills assessments and training courses
• Ability to use sales data with product/brand knowledge to meet sales and beauty service goals
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Goal-driven, with an ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work at a CVS store and travel to sales programs and events
• Available to work a flexible retail schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hours
• Applicants in Nevada must provide makeup artist or threader registration confirmation
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior beauty sales experience with a strong passion for beauty.
