Requirements

1-2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role and/or department
Superior knowledge of luxury consumer industry
High level of attention to detail and excellent written and verbal skill
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Must be flexible to travel, as needed

Job Responsibility

Execute animations and activations in coordination with Merchandising/Planning, VM, Retail teams
Partner with Client Events and CRM on animations to drive the business in both Fragrance and Beauty and help in defining the Beauty and Fragrance Customer Journey
Monitor competitive activity to ensure that the appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated
Assist in management of Freelance team [Artistry and Advisory] via recruitment, scheduling/placement, training and payments
Build strong partnerships with both local contacts [Merchant, Planner, Managers, Experts/Ambassadors, Freelance team and the métier] and international partners [Hermes International, trainers and the métier]
Participate in executing Fragrance & Beauty seminars, seasonal training and technical skill set development of Beauty Experts, ambassadors and Freelance beauty team
Host and transmit House values and product knowledge through regular training sessions, especially seasonal launches or key moments
Motivate and actively engage with beauty community
Evolve and champion a network of high-performing Beauty Experts
Attend Train-The-Trainer seminars

SAP transactions form creation, checks on inventory and closing of forms

Job Responsibility

Run an SAP systems report every morning - quota allocation blocks
Provide launches for all retailers - all new items, launches, set and no cost items
Review brand allocations to determine increase/decrease, address all violations, approve and manage inventory numbers for retailers
Assist in administrative and data entry tasks in regards to this reporting
Would ultimately be responsible for 1+ brands in the portfolio
Review the order form files and report back on status (what are we missing, which are ready to go, who do we need to reach out to to have this finished and ready)
Set allocation files - files used for yearly sets - holiday sets - making sure the allocation orders match correctly
SAP - ensure sku details are in orderable status, are set up and inventory is accounted for - would be responsible for setting up codes in the form code to prepare it for the PAS system
Order Form Meetings- consultant join, listen, take notes in order to execute tasks assigned
