An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Beauty Floor Manager to join our Liverpool Flagship store and play a key role in its continued success.
Job Responsibility:
Leading floor walks with some of the UK’s biggest beauty brands
Working closely with head office teams to manage your store’s stock package
Running training sessions to elevate your team’s product knowledge and customer service
Oversee a team of Sales Specialists within the beauty department
Driving commercial success and contributing to company growth
Responsible for commercial success of beauty department
Identify key opportunities to enhance performance
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals
Analyse data and KPIs to make commercial decisions
Take ownership of beauty team’s performance
Lead and inspire Supervisors and Sales Advisors
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Support store manager in driving team development
Train, coach, and upskill beauty team
Oversee daily operations
Use business communication tools to drive task completion
Collaborate with Store Manager and brand partners
Collaborate with third-party brand teams
Monitor and achieve store-level KPIs
Ensure wage controls
Control stock movement
Run accurate store audits
Implement visual standards
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the beauty industry, with proven experience in a leadership role
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams, including sales associates and team leaders
Strong customer service expertise, with a deep understanding of client expectations and an established local client network
Proven success in driving sales performance, achieving targets, and managing budgets and stock levels
Excellent product knowledge, including beauty brands, trends, and product application
Solid understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the business
