Join us as Beauty CRM Manager on an 11‑month fixed‑term contract, where you'll shape how millions of customers experience one of the UK's most loved beauty brands. Sitting at the heart of our high‑performing CRM team based in Nottingham, you'll lead data‑driven, omnichannel campaigns that bring our beauty strategy to life and drive meaningful customer and commercial impact.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and develop a team of seven in‑house Beauty and Brand CRM Specialists, ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard and the team is supported to use their strengths
Plan and deliver data‑driven 1:1 CRM campaigns across email, app and digital channels, using insight, customer behaviour and commercial priorities to drive relevance and performance
Work closely with Brand Marketing, Data Science, Digital and Commercial teams to build integrated customer journeys that support both physical and digital experiences
Manage day‑to‑day campaign delivery and performance, using test‑and‑learn to optimise activity, improve effectiveness and inform future plans
Requirements:
Experience delivering CRM or lifecycle marketing campaigns in a fast‑paced, data‑rich environment
Hands‑on experience planning and executing 1:1 communications across email, app or digital channels
Confidence using data, insight and commercial priorities to shape decisions and improve performance
Experience managing or coaching others, with the ability to support a team to deliver high‑quality work
Strong stakeholder skills, able to work collaboratively with marketing, digital and commercial teams
Clear communication skills and a practical, organised approach to managing multiple campaigns and priorities at pace
Nice to have:
Experience working with beauty brands or in a retail environment
Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
Understanding of segmentation, personalisation or test‑and‑learn frameworks
Simplify complex information so teams can act on it quickly
Comfortable leading through change and supporting teams during busy trading periods
