Job Description:

Customer Strategy and Planning delivers brand/category commercial targets by creating channel-fit trade deployment strategy and plans coming from national brand strategies and projects, including innovations, campaigns, and transitions. This role ensures that each channel has a clear execution blueprint across the 6Ps to bring our brand and category strategies to life instore. It is a highly collaborative role, at the heart of company operations, that brings together brand, Integrated Planning (Supply Chain), Customer Development (Sales), and Finance.

Job Responsibility:

  • NPI: Land perfect launch for innovation plan under scope, which includes creating a strong sell-in story for retailers based on shopper/category/channel insights, planning out a strong in-store activation and support plan to drive trial and conversion, and monitoring the sales performance and impact to business of the innovation
  • Transition: managing and leading the transition strategy and operational plan with cross-functional team to minimize trade impact
  • Develop and deploy category commercial plans and define right investment model to deliver competitive and profitable business results
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, supply chain and finance to drive category-channel growth agenda internally in Unilever for brands in-scope
  • Key targets: business growth, investment efficiency, in-store execution
