Job Description:

Dynamic and results-driven Boutique Sales Associate to join flagship boutique. Responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales and service KPIs, and cultivating brand loyalty through expert product knowledge and beauty services in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver exceptional customer experiences
Achieve sales and service KPIs
Cultivate brand loyalty through expert product knowledge and beauty services
Support visual merchandising
Plan in-store events
Collaborate with retail and head office teams
Drive to meet and exceed daily sales goals
Provide exceptional and consistent experience for every customer
Actively promote store promotions and offers
Capture customer emails to build ongoing brand relationships
Answer product inquiries with detailed knowledge and personalized recommendations
Support opening and closing procedures
Maintain brand standards by ensuring clean, organized sales floor, cash wrap, and backroom
Execute visual merchandising directives accurately and on schedule
Maintain awareness of loss prevention and shrink procedures

Requirements:

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of retail experience preferred
Passionate about beauty and cosmetics with strong product knowledge
Enthusiastic about customer engagement and sales
Ability to work effectively in a high-traffic, fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule availability including holidays, evenings, and weekends
