Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and professional Beauty Advisor to join our team on a contract basis in Gurgaon, Haryana. As a key member of our sales team, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales within the beauty sector, with a particular focus on skincare.

Job Responsibility:

  • Engage with customers to understand their skincare needs and provide expert recommendations
  • Showcase and demonstrate a range of beauty products, with an emphasis on skincare lines
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all beauty products, promotions, and brand standards
  • Assist with stock management, merchandising, and maintaining the visual appeal of the sales floor
  • Provide high-quality customer service, building lasting relationships with clients
  • Participate in product training sessions to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in beauty sales, with a strong focus on skincare
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively
  • A professional and well-groomed appearance
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to help customers find the right products
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
