Job Description:

In this role, you’ll be at the center of daily store operations, supporting salon professionals with the products, knowledge, and service they need to succeed. Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to beauty professionals, creating a positive and engaging in-store experience
  • Educate customers on product promotions, upcoming sales, and new product launches
  • Process, stock, and replenish merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Assist with inventory management, including physical counts and cycle counts
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
  • Accurately process sales, returns, and point-of-sale transactions
  • Build and share product knowledge, including new trends and professional beauty solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and operational priorities
  • Uphold company standards for integrity, safety, and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic reading and math skills
  • Ability to operate a computerized point-of-sale system
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work weekends based on store needs
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout scheduled shifts
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience

Nice to have:

  • Retail or customer-facing experience
  • Experience with ERP or retail inventory systems
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
