Beaterhouse Operator

• Keep the beater house pulp storage area fully stocked and organised
• Prepare the correct furnish mix as instructed by the crew coordinator
• Maintain an exceptionally clean and tidy working environment at all times
• Step in and support the shift team when issues arise, setting high personal standards
• Work closely with team members to reduce downtime and address issues quickly
• Seek and offer help to optimise efficiencies and smart working methods
• Respond to production pressures across the machine to maximise team effectiveness
• Assist with unloading raw materials on site
• Take ownership for team success and contribute to continuous improvement
• Continuously improve your skill set and build cross‑skills to become an even more effective team member

• Valid FLT licence (essential)
• Papermaking knowledge (desirable)
• Experience working in a team environment
• Integrity, enthusiasm and a results‑driven mindset
• Strong business understanding
• logical and methodical approach
• Basic computer literacy
