As a Beach Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee the daily service operations of our beachside restaurant, ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a relaxed yet refined seaside setting. You will lead the service within the beach outlet, supporting the team on the floor while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, quality, and brand consistency. This role requires a strong hands-on approach, close attention to detail, and the ability to adapt service to the dynamic environment of a beach restaurant, ensuring smooth operations throughout the day.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise and actively support daily service operations within the beach restaurant, ensuring efficient and seamless service flow
Deliver warm, personalized, and attentive service, anticipating guest needs in a beach and outdoor dining environment
Coordinate and organize the service team to ensure optimal coverage during peak beach hours
Lead by example through a hands-on presence on the floor, supporting colleagues during busy service periods
Provide on-the-job training and guidance to the team on service standards, beach service protocols, menu knowledge, and upselling techniques
Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure timely and well-coordinated service
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring quick and effective resolution
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards, particularly in an outdoor beach setting
Oversee the setup, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the beach restaurant before, during, and after service
Assist with inventory control, stock levels, and equipment management specific to beach operations
Support management in implementing service improvements and consistently maintaining brand standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, ideally as a Senior Waiter, Section Leader, or Supervisor, preferably in a beach or outdoor restaurant environment
Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to lead and motivate by example
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Guest-focused mindset with the ability to deliver intuitive and anticipatory service
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment while maintaining professionalism
Solid knowledge of service techniques, menu items, and F&B operational procedures
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
High level of spoken and written proficiency in English and Spanish
A valid work permit allowing legal employment in Spain (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years work experience
