Job Description:

This role embodies exceptional Guest Services at our Waterfront Area. As a Beach Attendant, you will help guests create lasting memories by assisting them in utilizing a variety of watercrafts in a safe and enjoyable way.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain boat and pool setup
  • Assist guests with hotel-sponsored boats and pool services
  • Stock clean pool towels and remove dirty ones to hotel laundry services
  • Maintain and sanitize all pool and lawn furniture in the assigned area
  • Handle guest problems and complaints, seeking assistance from supervisors as necessary
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager
  • Comply with health and safety rules, regulations, and procedures to maintain a safe environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Previous guest services experience preferred
