Beach Attendant

• Welcome and assist guests with beach-related enquiries and requests
• Set up and maintain beach areas, including loungers, umbrellas, and recreational equipment
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the beach and surrounding areas
• Monitor beach conditions and guest activities to maintain safety
• Provide information about beach activities, local attractions, and hotel amenities
• Assist with beach-related events and activities
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Respond promptly to guest needs and concerns
• Enforce beach rules and regulations in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist in implementing environmental conservation initiatives
• Perform basic first aid and emergency procedures when necessary

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Fluency in English
• One to two years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or tourism
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of beach safety practices
• First aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing weather conditions and guest needs
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform outdoor tasks for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Knowledge of local beach regulations and environmental concerns
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages is advantageous
• Familiarity with Vietnamese culture and customs is beneficial
