Job Description:

The Beach and Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining the pool deck, promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests, ensuring safety, and providing assistance as needed. The role involves physical tasks, guest interaction, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck
  • promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
  • observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in emergencies
  • promote rules and regulations of the recreation facility
  • provide assistance to injured guests
  • obtain, fold, and stack towels
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
  • follow company policies and procedures
  • welcome and acknowledge guests
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • speak with others using clear and professional language
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • comply with quality assurance expectations
  • read and visually verify information
  • visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
  • enter and locate work-related information using computers
  • move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects
  • grasp, turn, and manipulate objects
  • move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
  • reach overhead and below the knees
  • perform other reasonable job duties as requested
