Job Description:

The BDT Product Senior Officer AVP applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge in the development of processes related to payments and Banxico’s International Wire Transfers Data Base (BDT). This role supports the BDT Product Manager Head in tasks related to regulatory compliance, issue management, and operational improvements.

Job Responsibility:

Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues
attention and follow up of BDT project activities
communication with BDT Product Manager Head
acts as BDT business representative in Agile and Waterfall projects
supports regulatory compliance initiatives
participates in internal and external reviews
liaises with stakeholders
develops and monitors BDT metrics
assesses risk in business decisions

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Management related
minimum of 5-8 years of previous banking, compliance, internal audit, operational risk management or internal controls experience
fluent in English and Spanish
financial services industry experience desired
understanding the legal and regulatory environment of the business
project management approach with experience in forum coordination
excellent communication skills
strong leadership and attention to detail
risk-based thinking and analytical mindset
