Job Responsibility:

  • Build & Scale the Outbound Engine: Own outbound pipeline generation across ICPs, segments, and regions
  • Design and continuously refine outbound plays, sequences, and account strategies
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to align outbound with ICP, messaging, and revenue priorities

Requirements:

  • Experience selling into the office of the CFO/finance, FP&A, or adjacent B2B personas
  • Proven experience building or rebuilding outbound motions from the ground up
  • Track record of hitting (and scaling) pipeline targets
  • Demonstrated understanding of outbound fundamentals (segmentation, sequencing, personalization, qualification)
  • Strong coaching and people leadership skills: Ability to motivate a team, provide constructive feedback, and drive performance in a high-pressure environment
