Job Responsibility:
Build & Scale the Outbound Engine: Own outbound pipeline generation across ICPs, segments, and regions
Design and continuously refine outbound plays, sequences, and account strategies
Partner with Marketing and Sales to align outbound with ICP, messaging, and revenue priorities
Lead & Develop the BDR Team: Coach, mentor, and performance-manage a team of 6 BDRs
Build a culture of excellence, accountability, experimentation, and learning
Hire, onboard, and ramp future BDRs as the team scales
Modernize with AI & Automation: Leverage AI-powered tools for research, personalization, sequencing, scoring, and prioritization
Introduce automation to eliminate low-value manual work and increase rep productivity
Continuously test new tools, workflows, and signals to improve conversion and efficiency
Operational Rigor & Metrics: Define clear goals, KPIs, and forecasting for outbound pipeline
Track performance across activity, conversion, quality, and downstream impact
Build dashboards and operating cadences that drive clarity and accountability with a extreme focus on these performance metrics: Call volume & activity benchmarks

Act as the voice of outbound in GTM planning and execution
Requirements:
5–10 years leading outbound SDR/BDR teams in B2B SaaS
Experience selling into the office of the CFO/finance, FP&A, or adjacent B2B personas
Proven experience building or rebuilding outbound motions from the ground up
Track record of hitting (and scaling) pipeline targets
Demonstrated understanding of outbound fundamentals (segmentation, sequencing, personalization, qualification)
Strong coaching and people leadership skills: Ability to motivate a team, provide constructive feedback, and drive performance in a high-pressure environment
Have operated in fast-moving, high-growth environments
Hands-on experience with AI-powered sales tools and automation: Salesforce, SalesLoft, Unify, Orum, Apollo, Clay
