This is a part-time, fully remote role focused on client retention, lead activation, and lead generation through structured follow-up and engagement strategies. This is a static role designed to support business development efforts through consistent execution of client contact activities.
Job Responsibility:
Reactivate dormant clients and book exploratory appointments
Conduct structured follow-ups with current and past clients
Research and identify new lead opportunities in target industries
Log communications and track outcomes using CRM tools
Support recruitment consultants by generating qualified appointments
Make outbound calls, send follow-up emails, and use CRM tools to document and manage client interactions
Contribute to client retention metrics and help uncover opportunities to re-engage clients
Refine contact strategies and build efficiencies into your workflow
Requirements:
Experience in outbound business development within a recruitment agency
Confidence making outbound calls and re-engaging dormant clients
The ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
