Job Description

This is a part-time, fully remote role focused on client retention, lead activation, and lead generation through structured follow-up and engagement strategies. This is a static role designed to support business development efforts through consistent execution of client contact activities.

Job Responsibility

  • Reactivate dormant clients and book exploratory appointments
  • Conduct structured follow-ups with current and past clients
  • Research and identify new lead opportunities in target industries
  • Log communications and track outcomes using CRM tools
  • Support recruitment consultants by generating qualified appointments
  • Make outbound calls, send follow-up emails, and use CRM tools to document and manage client interactions
  • Contribute to client retention metrics and help uncover opportunities to re-engage clients
  • Refine contact strategies and build efficiencies into your workflow

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound business development within a recruitment agency
  • Confidence making outbound calls and re-engaging dormant clients
  • The ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
