Job Responsibility:

  • Business Development: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored IT solutions
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and expand the client base
  • Client Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective and existing customers
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies
  • Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast sales pipelines and maintain records of all sales activities using CRM tools
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including technical and support staff, to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in IT sales with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, including [e.g., cloud computing, software solutions, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity]
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
