Job Responsibility:
Business Development: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored IT solutions
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and expand the client base
Client Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective and existing customers
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies
Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast sales pipelines and maintain records of all sales activities using CRM tools
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including technical and support staff, to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5+ years of experience in IT sales with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
Strong understanding of IT products and services, including [e.g., cloud computing, software solutions, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity]
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
