  • Maintain the CRM up to date for the management to see the progress and plan accordingly
  • Work in a fashion that a good mix of small, medium and some large prospects is always maintained
  • Consistently meet and overachieve set targets
  • Work closely with the sales head and together design strategies to better the processes
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities
  • Must have demonstrable experience working with various online bidding portals like Up work, Guru, and Freelancer etc
  • Innovate ideas to create better processes for data building, email-campaigns
  • Maintain reports, daily, and monthly to help management see clarity and provide constructive feedback
  • Lead from the front, in terms of outbound efforts to generate leads, and thereby motivate team members to follow suit
  • Plan and achieve quarterly and yearly targets in terms of number of leads generated
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of hot prospects
