We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior BDE Inhouse Training to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that ensure compliance, promote safety awareness, and support our organization's quality and environmental standards.
Job Responsibility
To be responsible for the sales related to training services to client
To Identify, develop, approach and follow-up on new sales leads and prospects
To conduct telesales to approach into enterprise’s community to finalize potential customers
To define potential portfolio customers and conduct sales meeting
To collect all accurate the demand, enquiry and expectation of customers and issuing quoting/ contract
To prepare and negotiate the Proposal/Contract
To ensure the target number of visiting of new prospects
To well manage sales pipeline, forecast to achieve the target fixed by line Manager
To build, manage and follow up sales database
To build and maintain the good relationship with clients, prospects and partners
To support preparing any tender, specific tasks will be assigned by line Manager case by case
To maintain good relationship with current customers which are assigned by line manager
Co-operate with customer service team to delivery high quality service to clients
To co-ordinate with operations departments when receiving any requirement from customers
Requirements
Degree: Bachelor's degree
Have knowledge of ISO and working for Certification Body is advanced
At least 3 years working experience in Sales/Business Development (preferred candidate who has experience on Business Development in Training and Certification scope)
Excellent Sales/Business Development skills
Proficiency in training management systems and advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant software
Pro-active, Excellent time management, multi-tasking, Problem solving and planning abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Occasional travel between company sites may be required
Strong Problem-Solving, decision making abilities
Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English
Be open-minded, mature and results-driven
Possess sound judgement, analytical skills and tenacity
Sensitive to company policies and results driven
Exhibits good credibility
