Job Description:

This is a foreign-owned manufacturing company with a plant in Suzhou. Its sales revenue is around $20 million, and its core product is the blower, which is used in the petrochemical industry. The job involves reporting to the sales director, conducting in-depth market research, developing relationships with key clients, implementing sales strategies, and more.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends in the petrochemical industry
Analyze competitor strategies and products to identify gaps and opportunities for our company
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the petrochemical industry, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
Work closely with the product development team to ensure our blowers meet market demands and customer specifications
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with distributors, agents, and other channel partners in the petrochemical industry

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the petrochemical industry
Strong market analysis and business development skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Knowledge of industry-specific certifications or standards is a plus
